My name is Michelle Comstock and I am the principal and 5th-8th grades teacher here at RAES. I graduated with an AS and BS in Elementary Education from Volunteer State Community College and Southwestern Adventist University. I also have a M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership from Southern Adventist University. Creating a safe atmosphere that is nurturing, I try to meet students where they are and  inspire them to build on their past experiences to attain new skills and understanding. My passion is for people - sharing, learning, and teaching skills that cross over into our  everyday lives. Over a few decades I have taught students ages 2-adult, in a variety of subjects in the U.S. and Mexico in English and Spanish. Before accepting my current position at RAES in 2020, I was the Early Childhood Director/Teacher and the Vice Principal at West Coast Christian Academy in Bradenton, Florida. I have been married 35 years to the love of my life and our children are now amazing adults. To name a few of my hobbies - I enjoy photography, crafting, sewing, gardening, painting, and traveling! I strive to be a Servant of God and a friend to mankind.
